Questions we get asked most.

Send us your dog's details through the trial day form and we'll come back with some dates. If you would rather talk to someone, WhatsApp is usually quickest, or ring us on 0151 709 0122. Either way the first day is a free trial. We'll meet your dog, show you round and answer whatever you want to ask, and once the trial is done we set you up with an account on our online booking system.

Yes. No card, no deposit, and no obligation to book anything after it. It's there so you can see whether your dog's comfortable here, and so we can see whether we can give them what they need.

Their up-to-date DHPPi vaccination record, their lead and harness, and any medication or food they need during the day. That's it. The Kennel Cough vaccine is recommended, but not required.

Yes. There's a pack leader in the room with them the whole time. We don't leave dogs on their own, not even during the quiet stretch in the afternoon.

Everyone moves inside to the heated cabins. There are beds in each one and a pack leader in with them. Dogs can go between inside and outside whenever they want. We keep our doggy coats at hand and keep an eye on our thermometers, so everyone stays safe and warm.

We'd have a look at your dog, ring you straight away, and get them to a local vet.

Only puppies and dogs with special requirements. If that's your dog, bring their food and we'll give it to them at the right time. Water and treats are always there for everyone.

Sometimes, by arrangement. Have a word with Julia and we can usually sort something out for regulars and existing customers.

Not any more. We keep a vehicle for emergencies, but collections and drop-offs are not a service we offer.
